摘 要
CO2氣體保護(hù)焊是一種節(jié)能、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的焊接工藝,廣泛的應(yīng)用于汽車(chē)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。但由于其CO2氣體的氧化性,也存在著一些缺點(diǎn),主要是焊接飛濺大、焊接質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定和焊縫成形差問(wèn)題。為其能更好的運(yùn)用在汽車(chē)工業(yè)中,很多國(guó)家的焊接工作者都致力于CO2氣體保護(hù)焊的研究與技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)。本文通過(guò)研究和分析長(zhǎng)安之星Ⅱ汽車(chē)車(chē)架CO2氣體保護(hù)焊中的焊接參數(shù),進(jìn)行優(yōu)化來(lái)減少焊接飛濺、降低焊接所產(chǎn)生的缺陷率、改善焊縫成形質(zhì)量。
本文針對(duì)的是長(zhǎng)安之星Ⅱ汽車(chē)車(chē)架CO2氣體保護(hù)焊,通過(guò)焊接實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)其焊接電流、焊接電壓、焊接速度、氣體流量幾個(gè)主要參數(shù)的分析和研究,確定最優(yōu)的參數(shù)范圍,為產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)提供適當(dāng)?shù)暮附庸に噮?shù)。
研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后的焊接參數(shù)能夠更好、更準(zhǔn)確地用于車(chē)架的生產(chǎn),有效的減少焊接飛濺、降低焊接所產(chǎn)生的缺陷率、提高焊縫成形質(zhì)量。

ABSTRACT
CO2 arc welding is an energy-saving, efficient, high-quality welding technology, widely used in the production of the automobile industry. However, because of its oxidative of CO2 gases, there are still some shortcomings, mainly large welding spatter,welding instability and poor weld seam forming problem. In order to be used in automobile industry better,Welding workers in many countries are committed to the protection of CO2 gas welding research and technology development. Through research and analysis about the welding parameters in CO2 arc welding of Chang'an Star ⅡAutomobile frame, they are optimized to reduce welding spatter, reduce by the welding defects, improve the quality of welds forming.
This paper directes against CO2 arc welding of Chang'an Star Ⅱ Automobile frame, through the experiments about welding, its welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, the gas flow of the main parameters are analyzed and studied to determine the optimal parameters for the production to Provide a appropriate welding process parameters.
The results show that the welding parameters after the optimal design can be better and more accurate for the production of frame, effectively reduce the welding spatter, reduce by the welding defect rate and improve the quality of welds forming.
