摘 要

座椅作為汽車使用者的直接支承裝置，在車廂部件中具有非同小可的重要性。汽車座椅己不是單純滿足乘坐和美觀需要的車身部件，而是關(guān)系到汽車的乘坐舒適性和安全性，集人機(jī)工程學(xué)、機(jī)械振動(dòng)、控制工程等為一體的系統(tǒng)工程產(chǎn)品。
本文首先介紹了汽車座椅的發(fā)展歷程及相關(guān)概念，介紹了汽車電動(dòng)座椅的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展前景，論述了開發(fā)具有中國(guó)自主產(chǎn)權(quán)的品牌的重要性和緊迫性。
其次基于現(xiàn)今技術(shù)條件對(duì)汽車電動(dòng)座椅的多向調(diào)節(jié)模塊進(jìn)行了分析選型和總體設(shè)計(jì)。并進(jìn)行了調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的總體布置和功能模塊機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)，如電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇和部分傳動(dòng)構(gòu)件如齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等。
本文建立了汽車電動(dòng)座椅的力學(xué)模型，并對(duì)汽車H點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析。
最后還應(yīng)用pro/e軟件完成了電動(dòng)座椅的仿真建模，繪制和生成了部分關(guān)鍵零部件的機(jī)械圖。

Abstract

As a directly supporting device for the Passengers, the seat structure plays a crucial part in the compartments. Automotive seat is not only a component which meet the needs and aesthetic use of body parts, but related to the automotive comfort and safety, ergonomics set, mechanical vibrations, control engineering, and other products as one of the project.
This paper firstly introduced the course of development of Automotive seats and the related concept of electric cars about the seat of the present situation and prospects of both domestic and abroad，discussed the brand's importance and urgency.about China's independent property rights to develop car industry.
Secondly based on the current technical conditions on the multi-seat electric car to the conditioning modules and a selection of design. And the body regulating the overall layout and function modules mechanical design, such as choiceing the motor and the design of some transmission components, such as design and calculation of gear and stud.
Finally the mechanical model of automotive seat has been bluit, , the H-point also were getting analyzed.
It also had used Pro/Engineer software completed the automotive seat simulation modeling, drawed and generated some scale drawing of the key components of the mechanical design stucture.
