摘 要

汽輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)組是工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的重要設(shè)備,由于機(jī)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性及運(yùn)行環(huán)境的特殊性,使得其故障率較高,且危害性較大。因此,汽輪機(jī)鼓風(fēng)組的診斷一直是故障診斷技術(shù)應(yīng)用的一個(gè)重要方面。同時(shí),隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,故障診斷已經(jīng)有了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)張趨勢(shì)。在此背景下,本文提出汽輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)組網(wǎng)絡(luò)化實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)及精密分析系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計(jì)。
汽輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)組的振動(dòng)故障類型很多,但幾種常見故障的發(fā)生率占了總數(shù)的95%以上。如果能對(duì)這些典型故障做出準(zhǔn)確的判斷,則足可以應(yīng)付生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的需要。第二章詳細(xì)介紹了它們的類型及振動(dòng)特征。
汽輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)組故障診斷技術(shù)主要是振動(dòng)分析,第三章重點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)討論了幾種主要的精密分析方法,并選取其中的幾種應(yīng)用到本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中。
第四章在前兩章的基礎(chǔ)上,以Visual C++6.0軟件、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為平臺(tái),針對(duì)某大型企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,初步開發(fā)了一套汽輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)組網(wǎng)絡(luò)化實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)及精密分析系統(tǒng)。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)做了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證并進(jìn)行了討論。

ABSTRACT

Turbo Blower Group is an important industrial areas of equipment, systems and institutions because of the complexity of the special nature and the environment, making their high failure rate, and the greater danger. At the same time, with the development of computer network technology, network fault diagnosis has been made of the trend. In this context, this paper Turbo Blower Group network of sophisticated real-time monitoring and analysis system for the preliminary design.
