摘 要

機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)從產(chǎn)品構(gòu)思、概念表達(dá)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、性能分析到最終的產(chǎn)品加工是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法缺乏創(chuàng)新性、靈活性、效率低,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了產(chǎn)品的上市時(shí)間,已成為現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的瓶頸,而三維參數(shù)化計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)是當(dāng)今這一領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn),是解決這一問(wèn)題的唯一出路。本文結(jié)合車(chē)床主軸部件的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的工程實(shí)踐,利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)的方法對(duì)主軸部件進(jìn)行初步雜實(shí)踐,選擇并利用SolidWorks軟件對(duì)主軸部件進(jìn)行三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),結(jié)合以上的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,再深入研究SolidWorks的參數(shù)化建模和特征建模的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮SolidWorks與Microsoft visuul C++ 、Microsoft Access接口技術(shù),參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)與數(shù)據(jù)傳遞關(guān)系?;赟olidWorks,對(duì)SolidWorks進(jìn)行了二次開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了三維參數(shù)化計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。最終,完成了數(shù)控車(chē)床主軸部件的三維設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)征了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。
最后,通過(guò)SolidWorks軟件的建模和系列零件設(shè)計(jì)表等的創(chuàng)建,實(shí)現(xiàn)了主軸零部件的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)裝配體的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了嘗試。

ABSTRACT

It is a very complicated process for the dseign of mechanical products from the products conception,expression of definitions,frame design,capability analysis to the final process of the products.The conwentional design technique has became a choke point of the modern product design is lacks innovation,agility and high efficiency,which has greatly influenced the time of the products coming into the market .However,3Dparametric computer aided design,the hotspot studying of this fielf nowsays,is the only way to solve this problem.This paper,combined with the engineering pratices of the traditional design of the Spindle Parts of CNC Lathe,put Spindle Parts of CNC Lathe into primary practice with the use of the technique of CAD.On the basis of the analysis of contrasting all sorts of 3D modeling software nowdays,we choose and make use of software SolidWorks to design Spindle Parts of CNC Lathe in 3D parametric.This paper does the framework analysis of the main loading parts of Spindle Parts of CNC Lathe with ANSYS,the finite element analysist software,which validates the reliability of this design. Meanwhile,combined with the practice of CAD, on the basis of luchbrating parametric modeling and characteristic modeling of SolidWorks ,and taken interface of SolidWorks and Microsoft Visual C++ Microsoft Access and the relationship between parametric designed date frame and date transformation synthetically into consideration,this paper puts forward a new developing method of 3D parametric designed software on the basis of SolidWorks.The second exploitation of SolidWorks has realized the exploitation of the 3D parametic CAD system.Finally,we completed the 3-D Design Technology of Spindle Parts of CNC Lathe.
Finally,though modeling and careating the series parts design table with SolidWorks,the paper completes parametric design of spindle parts,and parametric method of assembly is probed into initially.
