摘 要
激光切割以其切割范圍廣,切割速度高,切縫窄,切割質(zhì)量好,熱影響區(qū)小,加工柔性大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中得到了極為廣泛的應(yīng)用。與傳統(tǒng)的剪切、沖切、氧乙炔和等離子切割相比,具有明顯的優(yōu)勢。激光切割技術(shù)以成為激光加工技術(shù)中最為成熟的技術(shù)之一。
三維激光切割應(yīng)用最廣泛的領(lǐng)域是汽車車身設(shè)計(jì)及制造,主要用來開發(fā)新車型、在線切割、變形車生產(chǎn)。另外,三維激光切割技術(shù)還廣泛應(yīng)用在航天航空、模具制造、雕刻、石油工業(yè)等行業(yè)之中。
本文首先介紹了激光切割在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,同時(shí)論述了課題選題的背景及研究的目的和方法,介紹了試驗(yàn)條件,以便探求實(shí)用的三維激光切割加工工藝參數(shù)。
本文介紹了激光切割的基本原理、主要分類及加工特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析了激光切割質(zhì)量的影響因素,還介紹了激光切割加工的工藝過程。從理論上和大量的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果中,深入分析研究了激光切割中入射角對(duì)切割質(zhì)量的影響,還用實(shí)例說明了激光切割三維空間曲線的一些問題。
最后對(duì)三維激光切割作出了一些研究展望。

ABSTRACT
The laser cutting obtains extremely widespread application in the modern industry by its merits,such as extensive cutting scope, high cutting speed, narrow kerf, good cutting quality, small heat-affected zone, big processing flexibility and so on.With the traditional cutting, die cutting, the oxy-acetylene and the plasma cuts compares, it has the obvious superiority. The laser cutting technology has become one of the maturest laser processing technology.
The most widespread application of the three dimensional laser cutting is the automobile body design and manufacture. It is mainly used for developing new vehicle, online cutting, the distortion vehicle production. Moreover, the three dimensional laser cutting technology is widely applied in astronautics aviation, die making, carving, oil industry and so on.
This article first introduces the laser cutting in the domestic and foreign research present situation and the trend of development, simultaneously discusses the topic selected background and the research goal and the method, introduces the test condition,with the aim of seeking the practical three dimensional laser cutting processing technological parameter.
This article introduces the laser cutting basic principle, the main classification and the processing characteristic, labors the influencing factor of laser cutting quality, introduces the laser cutting processing technological process. Theoretically and in the massive test result, it thoroughly analyses and studies the influence of the incidence angle in the quality of laser cutting and explains some questions about laser cutting three-dimensional space curve with the example.
Finally, this paper has made some periscopic research to the three dimensional laser cutting.

ABSTRACT
