剛性轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線如果與其中心主慣性軸不重合,則此轉(zhuǎn)子是不平衡的,不平衡將會在軸承上產(chǎn)生周期性慣性力,引起振動,甚至損壞機(jī)器設(shè)備。因此,平衡技術(shù)是制約機(jī)械工業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,動平衡機(jī)的研究對工業(yè)技術(shù)水平的發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實際意義。
硬支承動平衡機(jī)由于其明顯的優(yōu)越性,已逐漸成為動平衡機(jī)發(fā)展的主流。本設(shè)計以單面立式硬支承動平衡機(jī)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,論述了動平衡技術(shù)的歷史、現(xiàn)狀、和發(fā)展趨勢,以及動平衡機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)。
通過對單面立式硬支承動平衡機(jī)工作原理的分析,確定方案,設(shè)計單面立式硬支承動平衡機(jī)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng),包括驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)和振動系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計說明書包括了驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)和支承系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的相關(guān)計算,以及平衡機(jī)重要零部件的校核驗算。

ABSTRACT


Rigid rotor is unbalancing if its axis of rotation is not uniform with its central principal inertia axis. Unbalance imposes cyclic forces on bearings and shafts, producing vibration, even damaging machinery. So, balancing technology is one of keys of machine industry development, research of dynamic balance machine has important significance to improvement of industry technology level on both theory and practice.
Hard bearing balancing machine has gradually become mainstream of development of dynamic balancing machine because of its obvious advantage. To vertical single-plane hard bearing balancing machine, this dissertation describes history, actuality and current of dynamic balancing technology as well as typical structure of balancing machine.
Pass to the analysis of the worked principle of the vertical single-plane hard bearing balancing machine, Design the mechanical system for the vertical single-plane hard bearing balancing machine, include the drive system and the vibratory system. This dissertation also include the
correlative account for the design of the drive system and the vibratory system, and the proofread checking computations of the import accessory of the balancing machine.
