摘要
目前國內(nèi)汽車上普遍使用的制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)間隙自調(diào)裝置的研究主要立足于渦輪蝸桿機(jī)構(gòu),其機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、價(jià)格較高,普及率較低。本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單其性能穩(wěn)定的汽車制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)間隙自調(diào)裝置。該裝置采用兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的棘輪機(jī)構(gòu)取代復(fù)雜的渦輪蝸桿機(jī)構(gòu),來實(shí)現(xiàn)制動(dòng)器間隙的自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償功能。主要零件減少,結(jié)構(gòu)簡化、生產(chǎn)成本降低、性能滿足要求。
論文在分析各種間隙自調(diào)裝置的性能特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,對此機(jī)構(gòu)自調(diào)動(dòng)作步驟做出說明,確定了主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的確定方法。然后以某型載重汽車的制動(dòng)間隙調(diào)整裝置為基礎(chǔ),對這種新型制動(dòng)間隙自調(diào)裝置進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。完成了零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),裝配圖、零件圖的繪制,還利用UG建立了自動(dòng)調(diào)整裝置和各零件的三維模型。

ABSTRACT
At the present time,the internal research on the truck brake clearance self-compensation device is mainly based on worm and worm wheel mechanism,which is complicated,expensive and with low popularizing rate .In this paper ,a truck brake clearance self-compensation mechanism is designed ,which has simple framework and stable performance .This device adopts 2 simple ratchet-wheel organization to substitute for the original complicated mechanism of worm and worm wheel ,so as to achieve the function of brake clearance self-compensation.The number of main parts reduces to 3,the mechanism is simplified and the cost reduced.According to the experiment ,this device can meet the requirement of design.
Papers in the analysis of space for installation since the performance characteristics and structural principles on the basis of this agency for the mobilization of steps to ma- ke that determine the main structural parameters of methods. And then to a certain type of truck brake gap adjustment devices based on this new type of brake gap since the de- vice was designed for. Parts completed the structural design, assembly, parts of the map drawing, also used a UG devices and automatic adjustment of parts of thethree-dimensi onal model.
