摘 要

隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,傳統(tǒng)的鞋楦生產(chǎn)方式遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今制鞋業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。中國(guó)的制鞋業(yè)正面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的作坊式生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)既不能滿足消費(fèi)者的要求,也不符合所謂“制鞋大國(guó)”的市場(chǎng)需求,因此必須對(duì)現(xiàn)行的制鞋工藝進(jìn)行全面的數(shù)字化、自動(dòng)化改造。
本文重點(diǎn)研究鞋楦的快速測(cè)量,以及將測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行曲面建模和鞋楦數(shù)控加工。將CAD/CAM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于鞋楦設(shè)計(jì)制造中,將大大改變傳統(tǒng)的鞋楦設(shè)計(jì)制造方式、縮短鞋楦生產(chǎn)周期、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。從鞋楦測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理,刀位點(diǎn)計(jì)算、數(shù)字仿真,一直到加工程序的生成,每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)如果采用市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有的軟件,成本昂貴且費(fèi)時(shí)長(zhǎng),對(duì)操作人員技術(shù)水平要求較高。
所以,論文分析了鞋楦CAD/CAM技術(shù),采用離散法造型技術(shù)建立鞋楦三維模型,并應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)理論建立鞋楦數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),為鞋楦CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)建立完善的體系化環(huán)境。

ABSTRACT

With the development of society and improvement of science and technology,the
traditional mode of making the Shoe-last is not adapt to the requirement of the rapiddevelopment of shoe manufacture industry presently. The shoemaking industry in China is facing a great challenge,traditional workshop-style production neither meet the need of consumer nor meet the need of market as a so-called big shoemaking country,therefore,we must direct the current craftwork to numerial and automotive machining.
The process itself limits shoe-last industry development due to higher cost,longer cycle as well as lower quality.However,the reform to apply CAD/CAM technologies into shoe-last design and manufacturing,will hence change traditional shoemaking greatly,shorten manufacture cycle,and improve quality of lasts.
the paper analyses CAD/CAM technologies in last-making industry,and builds shoe-last 3D model with discrete modeling method.In addition,this paper adopts Database classifying shoe lasts and builds a perfectly systematic environment for shoe-last CAD/CAM.
