液壓技術(shù)是現(xiàn)代話傳動(dòng)與控制的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中起著重要的作用。本文闡述了在液壓手動(dòng)扳手的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的一些問(wèn)題。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),人們一直使用手動(dòng)扳手、套筒扳手等工具進(jìn)行緊固螺紋連接。其扭緊力矩的大小、精度不易達(dá)到,并且勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,效率低。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,本課題研究設(shè)計(jì)的新型液壓機(jī)具—液壓手動(dòng)扳手,能隨意設(shè)定力矩值,保證連接精度,有效地減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高工作效率。液壓機(jī)手動(dòng)扳手采用了液壓系統(tǒng)回路來(lái)控制棘輪工作頭,工作頭可與不同規(guī)格的套筒配合使用,能滿足不同的使用要求。
本次課程設(shè)計(jì)涉及到系統(tǒng)總體方案的選擇與設(shè)計(jì),其中包括動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)的方案選擇與設(shè)計(jì),傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的方案選擇與設(shè)計(jì)以及執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的方案選擇與設(shè)計(jì)。在選擇設(shè)計(jì)好系統(tǒng)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,查閱大量的參考資料,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)零部件進(jìn)行參數(shù)計(jì)算,再根據(jù)計(jì)算出來(lái)的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)各零部件的具體結(jié)構(gòu),得出整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果,最后作出系統(tǒng)裝配圖和零件圖。

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic pressure is one of the key technologies in modern transmission and control field,which plays a important part in the construction of national economy.This paper expounds the issues during the Design of Manual Hydraulic wrench.For a quite longtime,people always employ the hand wrench,sleeve wrench and some other tools to screw whprl connections down.But it is difficult to attain the accuracy of the monment.Moreover,the labor intensity is great and effectiveness is low.In view of this appearance,the new hydraulic tools of this studying subject.Hydraulic Wrench,easelabor intensity effectively,lift work efficiency.In the hydraulic system,it controls the work with different sleeves.
This curriculum design involves the choice and design of the collectivity project of the system,which incuding the choice and design of the power institution,the choice and design of the transmission institution and the choice and design of the executing ahencies.On the foundation of the good project’s selection,we have to consulted much information and calculated the parameter of each system Spare part,and then design the Concrete structure of each system spare part according to the parameter we have calculated,obtains the entire design result.Finally,we drew the system assembly drawing and the part drawing.
