沖壓生產(chǎn)方式可以大大的提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)效率,減輕工人負(fù)擔(dān),具有重要的技術(shù)進(jìn)步意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,因此在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用非常廣泛。隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中模具的使用已經(jīng)越來(lái)越引起人們的重視,沖壓模具的自動(dòng)送料等先進(jìn)技術(shù)也大量投入到實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)中。
文中簡(jiǎn)要概述了沖壓模具和連續(xù)模具的特點(diǎn)及目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和趨勢(shì),并介紹了模具設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的工藝性分析和工藝方案的確定。
根據(jù)所提供的軸受板零件圖,分析了沖壓成型的工藝性。通過(guò)比較各種工藝的優(yōu)劣,最終確定了其工藝方案;通過(guò)具體計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì)該方案中的各工序的工藝參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并繪制出所需的模具圖;按照沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟,計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)了本套模具上的主要零部件,如:凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、凹模固定板、卸料板、檔料銷等。模架采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架,選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。這樣設(shè)計(jì)出的連續(xù)模具可保證生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠,從而提高效率。

ABSTRACT
Punching die has been widely used in industrial production. In the traditional industrial production, the worker work very hard, and there are too much work, so the efficiency is low. With the development of the science and technology nowadays, the use of punching die in the industrial production gain more attention, and be used in the industrial production more and more. Self-acting feed technology of punching die is also used in production, punching die could increase the efficiency of production and could alleviate the work burden,so it has significant meaning in technologic progress and economic value.
The papers briefly outlined the stamping die and progressive die current development and trend, moreover, it introduced die design technology. The analysis and identification of the product are done pretty well.
The paper analyses the forming technology, compare all merits, according to the provided shaft pats draft, finalizing its technology program, through special calculation and design of process parameters of program, design and draw up drawing for the mold. Stamping die design in accordance with the general steps to calculate and design the sets on the main mold parts, such as: punch, hollowing block, punch plate, die block, stripper plate, barrier pin etc. The standard model planes and s suitable punch equipment are chosen. Eventually the stamping die is designed to ensure reliable operation to improve the efficiency.
