摘 要
“自動(dòng)線落料翻轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備” 是汽車覆蓋件自動(dòng)化沖壓生產(chǎn)線上的重要設(shè)備。其主要功能是承接機(jī)器人搬運(yùn)的板料,吸附并翻轉(zhuǎn),整齊放置于料盤中。汽車覆蓋件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)有:尺寸大、板材薄、形狀復(fù)雜等;質(zhì)量特點(diǎn)有:尺寸精度高、表面精度嚴(yán)、結(jié)構(gòu)剛性強(qiáng)、加工工藝好等特點(diǎn)。隨著技術(shù)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,眾多企業(yè)已經(jīng)或?qū)⒁讶斯ど舷铝系牧魉€改造為半自動(dòng)沖壓線和自動(dòng)沖壓線。
九十年代國(guó)內(nèi)首次自主研制開發(fā)的第一條轎車大型覆蓋件沖壓連線自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),性能穩(wěn)定可靠,運(yùn)行情況良好,操作簡(jiǎn)便。但是大型多工位壓力機(jī)自動(dòng)沖壓生產(chǎn)線由于造價(jià)昂貴及技術(shù)方面的問題,在國(guó)內(nèi)推廣使用尚待時(shí)日。
為此,我們將采用較為簡(jiǎn)單的氣動(dòng)和機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu),使用壓力機(jī)的自動(dòng)化氣源(由壓力機(jī)發(fā)出電子信號(hào)控制),實(shí)現(xiàn)落料零件的在線翻轉(zhuǎn),該裝置有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行可靠、使用維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。
整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程包括方案的選擇、在示意圖原理基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)、分析和計(jì)算,得出符合使用要求的裝置。

ABSTRACT
"Auto Line blanking flip equipment" is the auto cover automated production line punching the important equipment.
