本文以建模軟件Pro/E和沖壓仿真分析軟件Dynaform為工具,以典型汽車覆蓋件(車頂蓋)為例,應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行三維建模及仿真計(jì)算沖壓模具工作過(guò)程,通過(guò)分析結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證模具設(shè)計(jì)是否合理,防止起皺、拉裂等不良現(xiàn)象。實(shí)踐證明,采用沖壓仿真分析軟件DYNAFORM對(duì)汽車覆蓋件成形過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬,并根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行沖壓工藝規(guī)劃和模具的設(shè)計(jì),可以降低成本,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,提高模具的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。主要講述仿真分析技術(shù)在汽車覆蓋件模具制造中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。探討了虛擬制造技術(shù)在汽車模具制造中的重要性和優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了虛擬制造技術(shù)在汽車模具開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。在簡(jiǎn)單介紹了虛擬制造的原理及其組成部分后,對(duì)其在汽車覆蓋件模具制造中的應(yīng)用給出了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,重點(diǎn)介紹了在汽車覆蓋件模具制造中如何使用虛擬制造技術(shù),給出了應(yīng)用的一般流程,并對(duì)其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和難點(diǎn)技術(shù)給予了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。

Mold Design of Automobile Covering Based on
Multi-objective Optimization
ABSTRACT
In this paper we use modeling software Pro/E and simulation software Dynaform as a tool, take the typical automobile cover (car roof) as an example, use the computer to model the product and simulate the stamping process,through result analysis, we confirm the mold is designed reasonably. Such design would prevent such bad phenomenon as wrinkle and fracture and so on. It has been proved, using the stamping simulation analysis software Dynaform to make the simulation of automobile cover forming process, and making the stamping process plan and the mold design according to the simulation results, can reduce the cost, shorten production cycle, enhance the mold design quality. In order to explain the Simulation Analysis Technology's application in automobile covering mould manufacturing, discusses the importance of the virtual manufacturing technology used in mould manufacturing, the application of virtual manufacturing technology was put forward in the field of auto mould development. After virtual manufacturing is simply introduced, a detailed explanation was given in the mould manufacturing application. Additionally, we also introduced how to use the virtual manufacturing technology in the mould manufacturing, and gave the general process, the key technology and some other technical.

Mold Design of Automobile Covering Based on
Multi-objective Optimization
ABSTRACT
In this paper we use modeling software Pro/E and simulation software Dynaform as a tool, take the typical automobile cover (car roof) as an example, use the computer to model the product and simulate the stamping process,through result analysis, we confirm the mold is designed reasonably. Such design would prevent such bad phenomenon as wrinkle and fracture and so on. It has been proved, using the stamping simulation analysis software Dynaform to make the simulation of automobile cover forming process, and making the stamping process plan and the mold design according to the simulation results, can reduce the cost, shorten production cycle, enhance the mold design quality. In order to explain the Simulation Analysis Technology's application in automobile covering mould manufacturing, discusses the importance of the virtual manufacturing technology used in mould manufacturing, the application of virtual manufacturing technology was put forward in the field of auto mould development. After virtual manufacturing is simply introduced, a detailed explanation was given in the mould manufacturing application. Additionally, we also introduced how to use the virtual manufacturing technology in the mould manufacturing, and gave the general process, the key technology and some other technical.
