摘 要
本文主要利用繪圖軟件PRO/E Wildfire 4.0對鋁罐噴頭產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及其模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與制造CAD/CAM/CAE。以此來了解現(xiàn)代模具行業(yè)模具設(shè)計(jì)的流程和步驟,為日后從事模具設(shè)計(jì)工作打下基礎(chǔ)并積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容如下:利用Pro/Engineer進(jìn)行了鋁罐噴頭的三維造型設(shè)計(jì);利用Pro/E的PLASTIC ADVISOR模塊進(jìn)行了噴頭塑件的分析,和運(yùn)用EMX模塊對塑件模具模架調(diào)用。本文主要包括注射機(jī)的選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、合模機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì);利用AutoCAD繪制了模具零件圖和裝配圖;

Plastic mold design and aluminum nozzle
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the softwares Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0 were used to design the plastic injection mould and NC manufacturing process of mobilephone shell. It aims to understand the process and steps of modern mold design, in order to build the foundation and accumulate experiences for mold design in the future. This major design jobs are as following. Pro/Engineer software was used to design the three-dimensional modeling of the mobilephone shell. The plastic mould was designed according to the 3D-modeling of the mobilephone shell,mainly including: the choice of injection machine, the design of the pouring system, molding parts, closing mechanism, demoulding mechanism, and the cooling system by plastic advisor module of Pro/Engineer. AutoCAD software was used to finish the detail drawings and assembly drawings.
