摘  要

本文在美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的背景下，詳細(xì)介紹了我國(guó)汽車出口的現(xiàn)狀，并從匯率變動(dòng)，國(guó)際需求，投資效應(yīng)，貿(mào)易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等角度闡述了金融危機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)汽車出口影響，并在此基礎(chǔ)上分別從政府角度和企業(yè)角度出發(fā)，在匯率政策，出口退稅，出口信貸，提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，開拓市場(chǎng)等方面提出了我國(guó)汽車出口應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)的對(duì)策與建議。

ABSTRACT

This paper explains the meaning of the concept of international competitiveness and the theory applied to the international competitiveness of service trade. Based on the existing assessment systems, this article designs a set of indicator system for assessing the international competitiveness of service trade. According to this assessment system, we compare the international competitiveness of total trade in service of China and US as well as the trade service sectors in the two countries. The result shows that, compared with US, China’s whole trade service does not has advantage in international competitiveness；and the knowledge, technology intensive sectors have disadvantage in general. Furthermore, the paper analysis the influence factors on China’s international competitiveness in trade services. Finally, based on the framework of Michael Porter’s six influencing factors and assessment outcomes, the paper comes up with some suggestions on improving the international competitiveness of China’s service trade.
