in recent years, as China's college enrollment scale unceasingly expands, increased the number of graduates and structural adjustment of the national economy caused by traditional employment channels atrophy, "white-collar" jobs increasingly become "scarce resources". After graduation in a period of less than ideal job for college students' appeared of rising trend. This paper tries to the society, higher education institutions, students themselves three aspects analyzes the difficulties for college students in employment and proposes the corresponding countermeasure, hope to help problem solving.
