摘  要

本設(shè)計(jì)是基于AD637電路的交流數(shù)字毫伏表電路設(shè)計(jì)。該毫伏表是基于真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換(True RMS-to-DC Converter)技術(shù),以真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換集成芯片AD637為核心,以微控制器(MCU)為量程轉(zhuǎn)換控制,以高精確度四位半A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器為模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,通過LCD顯示,并輔以必要的外圍電路設(shè)計(jì)而成。數(shù)字交流毫伏表系統(tǒng)主要由MCU控制模塊、程控放大器模塊、真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、電壓數(shù)字顯示模塊等組成,并且能夠根據(jù)實(shí)際交流電壓輸入完成相應(yīng)的量程轉(zhuǎn)換功能,同時(shí)使用LCD顯示測(cè)試電壓值。
該電路采用ICL7135高精度、雙積分A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路,測(cè)量范圍在0-10伏的交流信號(hào),用LCD液晶顯示。正文著重給出了軟硬件系統(tǒng)的各部分電路,介紹了雙積分電路的基本原理,89C51最小系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),ICL7135的功能和應(yīng)用,LCD1602的功能和應(yīng)用。該電路設(shè)計(jì)新穎、功能強(qiáng)大、可擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)。
