摘 要

紅外測(cè)溫儀診斷技術(shù)對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的早期故障缺陷及絕緣性能做出可靠的預(yù)測(cè),使傳統(tǒng)電氣設(shè)備的預(yù)防性試驗(yàn)維修(預(yù)防試驗(yàn)是50年代引進(jìn)前蘇聯(lián)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn))提高到預(yù)知狀態(tài)檢修,這也是現(xiàn)代電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的方向。特別是現(xiàn)在大機(jī)組、超高電壓的發(fā)展,對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的可靠運(yùn)行,關(guān)系到電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定,提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展成熟與日益完善,利用紅外狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷技術(shù)具有遠(yuǎn)距離、不接觸、不取樣、不解體,又具有準(zhǔn)確、快速、直觀等特點(diǎn),實(shí)時(shí)地在線監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷電氣設(shè)備大多數(shù)故障(幾乎可以覆蓋所有電氣設(shè)備各種故障的檢測(cè))。它備受國(guó)內(nèi)外電力行業(yè)的重視(國(guó)外70年代后期普遍應(yīng)用的一種先進(jìn)狀態(tài)檢修體制),并得到快速發(fā)展。紅外檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,對(duì)提高電氣設(shè)備的可靠性與有效性,提高運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,降低維修成本都有很重要的意義。是目前在預(yù)知檢修領(lǐng)域中普遍推廣的一種很好手段,又能使維修水平和設(shè)備的健康水平上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
采用紅外成像檢測(cè)技術(shù)可以對(duì)正在運(yùn)行的設(shè)備進(jìn)行非接觸檢測(cè),拍攝其溫度場(chǎng)的分布、測(cè)量任何部位的溫度值,據(jù)此對(duì)各種外部及內(nèi)部故障進(jìn)行診斷,具有實(shí)時(shí)、遙測(cè)、直觀和定量測(cè)溫等優(yōu)點(diǎn),用來(lái)檢測(cè)發(fā)電廠、變電所和輸電線路的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備和帶電設(shè)備非常方便、有效

Uses the infrared imagery examination technology to be allowed to the equipment which moves to carry on the non- contact examination,photographs its temperature field the distribution, surveys any spot the temperature value, according to the above carries on the diagnosis to each kind outside and internal breakdown, has real-time, the telemetering, direct-viewing and decides and so on the merit warm, uses for to examine the power plant, the transformer substation and the transmission line revolution equipment and the charged equipment extremely convenient, is effective
