摘要:立體車(chē)庫(kù)是專(zhuān)門(mén)實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車(chē)輛的自動(dòng)停放及科學(xué)寄存的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)設(shè)施。隨著城市汽車(chē)保有量的不斷增加,停車(chē)難問(wèn)題己經(jīng)成為大中型城市的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象。機(jī)械式立體車(chē)庫(kù)可充分利用上地資源,發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢(shì),最大限度地停放車(chē)輛,成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題的重要途徑。本課題以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,綜合考慮立體車(chē)庫(kù)制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素。
本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外車(chē)庫(kù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇三層三列式車(chē)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)就其組成部分而言,可分為三大部分:車(chē)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)部分、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了車(chē)庫(kù)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),對(duì)車(chē)庫(kù)的控制系統(tǒng)也作了簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)明,依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的運(yùn)行原理,運(yùn)用力學(xué)理論對(duì)升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的力學(xué)分析,包括升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、橫移傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度和升降傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度等。在對(duì)升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,采用了先進(jìn)的PLC控制,運(yùn)用歐姆龍公司的編程軟件編制了升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的程序,并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行,證明采用可編程序控制器(PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價(jià)比高的特點(diǎn)使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。為了使停車(chē)設(shè)備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國(guó)家關(guān)于機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的實(shí)際,在升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)中使用了一些必要的安全技術(shù),這樣保證了車(chē)輛的絕對(duì)安全,使得整個(gè)車(chē)庫(kù)可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行。
Stereo garage is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, the hard-to-Park Problem has become a common phenomenon. Mechanical stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has become an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named up-down and translation stereo garage, and regards of the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational efficiency synthetically.
On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, we choose three-layer and three-formulistic garage structure as the research model. According to the form of the dragging-forms of multi player up-down and translation ear-base, it is made of three parts: part of ear-base structure、part of driving-framework and part of control system. The paper simply introduces main structure and characteristics of garage and also gives a short introduction to its control system. The finite element reliability checking of steel structure of garage is utilized according to the operation principle of up-down and translation stereo garage, the mechanics was used to comprehensively analyze the up-down and translation stereo garage. Including intension of the framework structure and axes, etc. The paper adopted PLC as control system in designing the up-down and translation stereo garage, PLC software of OMRON company was used to weave the program of control system, through debugging running. The result proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility, speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand in design stereo garage, according to criterion of mechanical parking systems-general safety requirement and the facts of the up-down and translation stereo garage the Paper introduced some safety technique which was used in the up-down and translation stereo garage. This can ensure absolute safety for Car and make the whole stereo garage safety and running smooth.
