摘   要：我國(guó)民主與法制建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn)的同時(shí)，各項(xiàng)法律制度正在進(jìn)一步建立、健全與完善，這使我們切身感受到法律對(duì)個(gè)人權(quán)利的保護(hù)在不斷加強(qiáng)，法律不再僅僅重視公民對(duì)國(guó)家與社會(huì)應(yīng)承擔(dān)的義務(wù)，更明確了公民所享有的權(quán)利。執(zhí)法的終極目標(biāo)是為了更好地為民眾服務(wù)，而人性化執(zhí)法是執(zhí)法者在行使法律過程中的一種行為藝術(shù)，它要求執(zhí)法者在行使職權(quán)時(shí)，給予公民柔性的人文關(guān)懷，尊重其人格，維護(hù)其利益，體恤其要求，顧及其感受，求得“剛”性法律與“柔”性執(zhí)行相結(jié)合的最佳統(tǒng)一。
