辦公自動(dòng)化界面管理系統(tǒng)
摘 要

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)與迅速發(fā)展，信息技術(shù)步伐的加快，使得企業(yè)面臨著眾多的挑戰(zhàn)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)而言，對(duì)信息的掌握程度、信息獲取是否及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確信息能否得到充分的利用，越來(lái)越成為衡量一個(gè)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的重要因素。辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)就是在這種背景下產(chǎn)生的。
本文從設(shè)計(jì)者的角度給出了一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)。在設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)時(shí)，充分考慮到了系統(tǒng)的可行性、實(shí)用性、可擴(kuò)展性及安全性。
軟件的可維護(hù)性一直是一個(gè)令人頭疼的問(wèn)題，在設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)初期，就比較注重系統(tǒng)的可擴(kuò)充性和可維護(hù)性，特別是系統(tǒng)的模塊劃分，減輕了后期維護(hù)負(fù)擔(dān)。

OFFICE AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM（二）

ABSTRACT

The emergence of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology make enterprises face many challenges and competition. In the course of competition for a business, the degree of mastery of information, whether access to information timely and accurately, whether information can be fully used, whether enterprises is sensitive and accurate, increasingly become an important factor to measure competitiveness of the enterprise.
In this paper, a feasible office automation management system is given from the point of view of designer. Feasiblity, practicability, expansibility and security is fully considered when designing the system.
Software maintainability is still a confusing problem, system expansibility and maintainability is given more attention at the start of the designing system, especially the partition of system module releasing the burden of upper maintenance.
