摘 要

隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢(shì)的加強(qiáng)，國(guó)際技術(shù)合作得到了迅速的發(fā)展，漸已成為企業(yè)吸收知識(shí)獲取技術(shù)的有效手段。廣播電視視音頻集成系統(tǒng)這一高尖端技術(shù)行業(yè)在我國(guó)發(fā)展不成熟，專業(yè)設(shè)備技術(shù)多數(shù)進(jìn)口自技術(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，以增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、降低成本為目的的國(guó)際技術(shù)合作在企業(yè)中日趨普遍。面對(duì)我這一行業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力不足的情況，北京xxxx科技有限公司面臨著機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的局面。
論文以國(guó)際技術(shù)合作為主要研究對(duì)象，從分析xxxx公司國(guó)際技術(shù)合作現(xiàn)狀入手，著重探討xxxx公司的國(guó)際技術(shù)合作模式選擇。運(yùn)用實(shí)證和定性定量研究方法分析了當(dāng)前國(guó)際技術(shù)合作的模式，從而找出xxxx公司國(guó)際技術(shù)合作的局限性,為其拓展國(guó)際技術(shù)合作模式提出有效的改進(jìn)建議。

With the development of science and technology and trend of global economic integration, the strengthening of the international technical cooperation obtained a rapid development, gradually, to become the effective tool that assist companies to absorb hi-tech knowledge. The development of Radio and television audio integration system, this top tip in the technology industry , in our country are not mature, professional equipment technology most import form developed countries.In order to enhance market competitiveness and reduce the cost, the international technical cooperation is becoming popular in the enterprise. In China, the industry production capacity of the situation is limited, Beijing Lively Digital Technology Co., LTD are facing opportunities and challenges of the situation.
In this paper, the international technical cooperation is the main researching object, the paper analysis the present situation of international technology cooperation company, focused on the exploration of the international technical cooperation company model selection. Using the empirical and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to analyze the current international technology cooperation pattern, so as to find out the pattern choice of the limitations of the strategy, guiding the company in the international technical cooperation pattern options.
