摘 要
財務(wù)風(fēng)險的存在時刻威脅著企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展，防范財務(wù)風(fēng)險是企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。通過對財務(wù)風(fēng)險的理論分析，探索導(dǎo)致財務(wù)風(fēng)險問題出現(xiàn)的原因。針對xxxxx煤炭公司的財務(wù)狀況，分別從償債能力指標(biāo)和營運(yùn)能力指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)xxxxx煤炭公司存在負(fù)債比率高、周轉(zhuǎn)率慢等現(xiàn)象，說明xxxxx煤炭公司面臨著嚴(yán)重的支付風(fēng)險、投資風(fēng)險和回收風(fēng)險等問題。通過采用改善籌資策略、優(yōu)化投資決策、提高資產(chǎn)營運(yùn)效率等手段，解決xxxxx煤炭公司在經(jīng)營活動環(huán)節(jié)的各種財務(wù)風(fēng)險問題，建立有效的財務(wù)指標(biāo)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)，在指標(biāo)低于較低范圍值時，發(fā)出預(yù)警并及時采取應(yīng)對策略。

Abstract
The existence of financial risk threatening the survival and the development of the enterprise at every moment, keep a look at the financial risk is an urgent problem that need to be settled for the companies. Look for the theoretical basis that causes the financial risk by study the theory of the financial risk. Exploring the reason of financial rish that which cause it happened. Aiming at the financial current situation of BaoXing Coal Company,analyze BaoXing Coal Company’s financial current situation from the solvency index, operation capacity index. We can find out there has been a phenomenon of high ratio of liabilities as well as slow turnover rate exist in BaoXing Coal Company, therefore conclude that BaoXing Coal Company is faced with the problem of payment risk and the investment risk and so on. Use many ways to improve the financing strategies, optimize the investment decision-making, improve efficiency, assets operation method, solve the treasure in BaoXing Coal Companies and all kinds of financial risk link.. To establish an effective financial index warning system. When the index lower than stardard vale in the same time, the warming system issued a warming, we must take strategies as soon as possible.
