摘 要
債權(quán)融資結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)生命周期的關(guān)系，是現(xiàn)代公司金融研究的一個重要領(lǐng)域。本文以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)理論為出發(fā)點，著重研究處于成長期的企業(yè)的債權(quán)融資結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。首先，介紹企業(yè)生命周與債權(quán)融資結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論；然后利用swot模型分析xx石化公司現(xiàn)在處于生命周期的哪個階段，主要從他的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅四個方面分析，來確定xx石化公司的生命周期；其次根據(jù)生命周期的確定來分析xx石化公司現(xiàn)在的債權(quán)融資結(jié)構(gòu)，主要從長期、短期債務(wù)來進行實際的數(shù)據(jù)分析，根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的分析，其次根據(jù)從公司分析出了xx石化公司現(xiàn)在債權(quán)融資結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點；最后根據(jù)整個分析過程，給出了部分建議。

abstract
Debt financing structure and enterprise life cycle, the relationship of modern company finance research is one of the important fields. Based on modern enterprise theory as the starting point, this paper studies the growth of debt in the influence of financing structure. First, introduce enterprise week of life and debt financing structure of related theory; Then use the swot model analysis Harbin hua tripod trading company is now in its life cycle which stage, mainly from his strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis to determine the four aspects of the tripod trade company of Harbin China life cycle; Secondly according to the life cycle analysis to determine the tripod trade company of Harbin China now debt financing structure, mainly from the long-term and short-term debt to carry on the actual data analysis, according to the data analysis, secondly according to the analysis from the company of Harbin hua ding trade company now claims the advantages and disadvantages of financing structure; Finally, according to the analysis process, gives part of the proposal.
