摘 要
學(xué)習(xí)型組織是20世紀(jì)80年代由圣吉博士等人提出的一種科學(xué)的管理模式。企業(yè)構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織是基于知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的內(nèi)在要求，企業(yè)構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織能不斷地提高公司的學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。因此，企業(yè)構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織具有強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代特征和現(xiàn)實(shí)針對(duì)性。本文以xx塑料制品有限公司為研究對(duì)象，通過研讀大量的文獻(xiàn)資料，了解了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的基本理論要點(diǎn)，并以此為基礎(chǔ)分析了該公司的現(xiàn)狀，提出了構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織的必然性和重要性。接著，提出了構(gòu)建方案，并把其分為總體思路和具體運(yùn)作方案兩部分。最后，從時(shí)間維度考慮，認(rèn)為xx公司構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織應(yīng)分為動(dòng)員、起步和深化三個(gè)階段，并提出了各階段的工作措施。

Abstract

Learning organization is one of scientific administration methods. It was presented by Doctor Peter Senge in 1980’s. The purpose of enterprise’s building learning organization is to meet the essential need of knowledge economy’s development, corporate build learning organization can constantly advance the company’s learning ability, creative ability and competitive ability. Therefore, Building learning organization is very important to enterprises to exist and develop. This article takes Xisida Company as an example. After studying a lot of documentary materials, we know the basic and important theory points. On the base of that we make an analysis of the present situation of the company and propose the importance and necessity of building learning organization. Subsequently, we propose a building method which is divided into two dimensions. They are general thinking and specific operating method. At last, taking account of time, we consider that Xisida Company build learning organization should be divided into three stages which conclude mobilization, start and deepening and propose the practices of every stage.
