 摘要
   
    非均衡的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略使得我國城鄉(xiāng)收入分配機制發(fā)生了根本性的變化；文章通過對新疆城鄉(xiāng)居民收入與支出關系的實證分析，得出新疆城鄉(xiāng)居民收入與支出在呈線性關系的同時，也存在著差距不斷擴大的趨勢，這種趨勢阻礙了農村居民消費性。

Abstract
     Non-balanced development strategy has enabled urban and rural income distribution mechanism to have a fundamental change. Through the empirical analysis it is known that the urban and rural residents' income and expenditure in Xinjiang is a linear relationship, at the same time the income and expenditure of the urban and rural residents have a growing trend which hinders the growth of consumer spending in village. Finally, the reasons of the income gap between urban and rural residents are analyzed.
