日益激烈的國內(nèi)、外物流的競爭，讓我們更加清晰了國際物流業(yè)在經(jīng)營及運作上的些缺憾和不足。大連xx物流地處東北三省，是東三省的主要出口港口，其獨特的地理位置決定了物流業(yè)的重要性。正與其他物流公司一樣，大連xx國際物流公司有著自己的生存方式，也面臨著各種各樣的競爭對手，競爭已不可避免。大連xx國際物流公司為了使物流適應(yīng)市場需求改變現(xiàn)行經(jīng)營體制，強化專業(yè)管理與經(jīng)營，物流業(yè)務(wù)實行專業(yè)成本獨立核算。具體地說，在經(jīng)營機制上改變傳統(tǒng)的做法，建立起一種能夠保證物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完整性和適應(yīng)自身發(fā)展規(guī)律的經(jīng)營機制。潛力巨大的市場需求，為國際物流的發(fā)展提供了難得的機會及廣闊的市場空間，因而物流市場可以說是機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。“抓住大戶，不放散戶，挖掘潛在客戶”的經(jīng)營策略將有力地促進大連xx國際物流公司業(yè)務(wù)的有效增長。然而大連xx國際物流公司雖然經(jīng)營理念發(fā)生了很大的變化，但是一脈相承的業(yè)務(wù)流程，一貫的客戶主動，我被動的網(wǎng)點營業(yè)方式，固定的物流運送時間與運送路線，不能一口咬定的期限承諾，固定、呆板的流程運作方式，漸漸不能適應(yīng)時代潮流的信息技術(shù)，缺乏嚴謹統(tǒng)一的軟件技術(shù)支撐以及宏觀的調(diào)控、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，嚴重制約了國際物流業(yè)務(wù)的進一步發(fā)展，影響了物流百年的聲譽，近而使大連xx物流公司在日益激烈的競爭中漸處于劣勢。
