摘 要
國(guó)際貿(mào)易是一個(gè)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的行業(yè)，在業(yè)務(wù)的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，結(jié)算環(huán)節(jié)是國(guó)際貿(mào)易的最后一環(huán)和國(guó)際貿(mào)易流程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范對(duì)于出口企業(yè)至關(guān)重要。因此，重視國(guó)際貿(mào)易支付方式的研究，了解其存在的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，熟練掌握并靈活運(yùn)用各種不同的支付方式，來(lái)防范國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，對(duì)于每一個(gè)從事進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的企業(yè)都具有極其重要的意義。
論文從國(guó)際貿(mào)易結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念、結(jié)算方式的特點(diǎn)、流程和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的角度，介紹了在T/T、D/P、L/C三種主要結(jié)算方式下出口商所面臨的結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)種類。在此基礎(chǔ)上，采用理論分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，分析了重慶xx進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易有限公司國(guó)際結(jié)算中存在的主要問(wèn)題，從企業(yè)自身的角度來(lái)分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因。最后針對(duì)重慶xx進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)算中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提出了防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。

Abstract
International trade is a very high risk fields, there is risk in every section of the business. Settlement is the final and key section, it is very important for exporters to prevent the risks. Importance of payment in international trade research, understand their potential risks, and flexibility in the use of proficiency in a variety of payment methods to prevent the risk of International Settlements, for each of the enterprises engaged in import and export trade are of paramount importance.
This paper introduced the types of settlement risk that the exporters are faced under the T/T,D/P,L/C from the concept of settlement risk in international trade, and a variety of international trade settlement characteristics, processes and the advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, the use of theoretical analysis with quantitative analysis of the means, to identify the main problems in International Settlements of Chongqing Gedhun Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. From the perspective of the enterprise's own analysis of the causes of risk.Finally, for the Settlement risk of Chongqing Gedhun Import and Export Trading Co. Ltd., Proposed measures to prevent risks.
