目前，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢不斷增強(qiáng)，然而歐盟的反傾銷勢頭并沒有因?yàn)橹袊〉昧耸蕾Q(mào)成員國地位而減弱。世貿(mào)組織對反傾銷的問題還未做出明確規(guī)定，而且現(xiàn)行的世貿(mào)反傾銷守則也并不完善，致使被歐盟等國家和地區(qū)歪曲和濫用，采取不合理的替代國制度對我國制鞋業(yè)大做文章，通過征收高額的反傾銷稅來制約我國鞋產(chǎn)品的出口。
xx鞋業(yè)公司是溫州市較大的民營制鞋公司，但歐盟的反傾銷制裁給公司的經(jīng)營和國際市場競爭帶來了嚴(yán)重影響。本論文共分五個部分，從反傾銷的概念入手，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論采用實(shí)證分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法，結(jié)合中國制鞋業(yè)頻頻遭遇歐盟反傾銷的現(xiàn)狀，逐步分析xx鞋業(yè)公司遭遇歐盟反傾銷的概況和內(nèi)外原因，并嘗試提出相應(yīng)的對策及建議，期望xx鞋業(yè)公司盡早走出歐盟反傾銷的困境。

Abstract
At present, the trend of economic golbalization has increased,but the EU’s anti-dumping momentum and not because China’s WTO membership has been made weakened. Although the WTO deal with the anti-dumping issue to be clearly defined, but the existing WTO “anti-dumping code” is not perfect, and distorted by some countries and abuse, which the EU and other countries and regions in the “market economy status” to China on such issues as footwear issue of the unreasonable “substitute the laws of the state” to restrain China’s footwear export.
Yiyi Bird Footwear Company is one of the larger companies in the area of footwear in Wenzhou city. In this paper, a tootal of fibe titles, according to the preamble from the anti-dumping introducing the concept of using economic theory, the use of empirical analysis and the methods of data analysis of China’s shoe-making industry frequently encountered the status of the EU anti-dumping, and gradually event of Europe Unite anti-dumping to the development trend to China’s footwear industry test case on the EU’s internal and externall reasons for anti-dumping, and try to cope with the stituationg and suggested that expectations of Yiyi Bird Footwear Company as soon as possible out of the EU anti-dumping dilemma.
