Abstract
In this paper, the Czech Republic from the status of Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to start the existing level of pay, the pay constituted an analysis and the staff of the current sense of the overall pay system to deal with the salary factor in the current pay system embodied in many aspects, such as satisfaction conducted a survey, results showed that the majority of employees are not satisfied with the existing pay system because the existing system of egalitarianism, lack of motivation, not the achievement of performance pay, and a broad range of issues such as equal pay for equal work, the need for existing enterprises pay system redesign.
