摘 要

大興安嶺xx飯店是五星級(jí)商務(wù)酒店，但目前酒店業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈，如何能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)中脫穎而出，使酒店在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于有利地位，從而尋求更大的發(fā)展空間，成為當(dāng)今酒店業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的一個(gè)重要問題。成本及費(fèi)用控制的好壞是決定企業(yè)利潤大小的主要因素。酒店涉及到的成本以及費(fèi)用項(xiàng)目范圍廣泛，具有許多不可預(yù)知的因素，對(duì)于包括酒店業(yè)在內(nèi)的所有企業(yè)來說，采購都是其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中非常重要的一環(huán)。 因此有效控制采購成本成為酒店管理的重要內(nèi)容。
本文主要通過對(duì)大興安嶺xx飯店采購成本進(jìn)行成本控制分析，由于成本控制是酒店降低成本、提高效益的重要手段。任何酒店都想達(dá)到“低成本、高效益”的經(jīng)營目標(biāo)，因此, 采購成本控制是酒店成本管理的重要內(nèi)容,也是酒店經(jīng)營的關(guān)鍵，通過分析酒店采購成本控制中存在的問題，結(jié)合自身在酒店的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從而提出酒店采購成本控制的有效措施，促使酒店降低采購成本，提高利潤。

Abstract

The Da Xing An Ling golden horse hotel is five-star business hotel, but the market competition in hotel industry is intense, how to outperform in the fierce competition and make the hotel advantageous position to seek larger development space, becoming an important problem of hotel industry strategic management. The cost and expense control are main factors which determine the profit of hotel. The contents of costs and expenses about hotel involved extensive, and it has many unpredictable factors, for all enterprises, including hotel , purchasing is very important factor on the production and operation processes. Therefore, effective cost control on purchasing process becoming the important content of hotel management.
This paper mainly cost analysis is through analyzing purchasing cost of Da Xing An Ling golden horse hotel, analyzing cost control is the important means on reducing cost and increasing benefit. Any hotel all want to achieve the management goal of "low cost, high benefit" .Therefore, purchasing cost control is the important content of hotel cost management, but also the key of hotel operating, through analysis of the existing problems on purchasing cost control of hotel, with the help of practice experiences in hotel, pointing out the effective measures in its purchasing cost control, make the hotel reduce cost and improve profit.
