摘 要

人類社會進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),面對新技術(shù)革命的挑戰(zhàn),各國、各地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治以及科技等方面都展開了激烈的競爭。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力以及通過技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化形成的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力,已經(jīng)成為決定一個國家或地區(qū)綜合國力和國際地位的重要因素。xx軟件有限公司正是在這樣的背景下，開展國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易，成為集研發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)為一體的商家，多年來已經(jīng)在國內(nèi)外市場取得不錯的成績，但仍然存在一些不足。
本文分五部分闡述了xx軟件有限公司國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易中存在的問題。第一部分主要介紹了研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路及方法；第二部分介紹了一些國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易相關(guān)理論；第三部分介紹了金蝶軟件有限公司國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；第四部分闡述了xx軟件有限公司技術(shù)貿(mào)易中存在的問題；第五部分提出了xx軟件有限公司技術(shù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展對策，從而使金蝶公司在國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易中得到更好、更快的發(fā)展，同時供其他類似中小企業(yè)參考。

Abstract
Human society entered the 21st century, faced with the challenge of the new technological revolution, all countries and regions spread out acute competition in economic, political and technology .Technological innovation ability as well as the economic potentiality which forms through the technical transformation, already became decides a national or the local comprehensive national strength and the international standing important attribute. Kingdee International Software Co., Ltd.was against this background, begin to do International technology trade, as a technology development and transfer of the business as a whole, these years,it achieved good results,but it also has some shortage.
This article described the international technology trade problems of the Kingdee International Software Co., Ltd.in five parts. The first part described background,status and ideas and methods of international technology trade;The second part described International technical trade-related theory;The third part introduces the Development of Kingdee International Software Co., Ltd.international technical trade;The forth part introduces technology trade problems of Kingdee International Software Co., Ltd.;the last part proposes technical trade development strategies for the company,in order to have better development,and to be referenced by other Small and medium-sized company.
