摘 要
隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，中國(guó)加入WTO之后，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的市場(chǎng)化程度越來越高，企業(yè)在獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的同時(shí)，也在承受市場(chǎng)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的巨大壓力。由于不確定因素的增加，企業(yè)所面臨的各種交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也隨之增加。能否有效防范財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，關(guān)乎企業(yè)的生死存亡。有效地規(guī)避、防范和控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
山西xx信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程有限公司是一家以構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代企業(yè)信息化、數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理平臺(tái)為己任，全面為用戶提供系統(tǒng)解決方案的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。目前，國(guó)內(nèi)的IT企業(yè)仍然處于起步階段，各個(gè)企業(yè)都面臨著法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)不科學(xué)，組織結(jié)構(gòu)框架差強(qiáng)人意，以及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等問題。xx網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司客觀存在問題和快速發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀之間的矛盾，給公司的快速發(fā)展帶來了不小的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患。這種財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如果不能被加以合理防范，今后勢(shì)必成為公司跨越式發(fā)展的桎梏。除此之外，還應(yīng)依據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論，在國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究背景下，采用定性和定量相結(jié)合及實(shí)證分析的方法，為xx公司構(gòu)建一個(gè)有效的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。

Abstract
With the development of global economy’s integration and the accession of China entering into WTO, the market degree of Chinese economy is further raised. A vast number of corporations endue greatly market competitive stress by capturing economical resource. Because of increasing unstable factors, the corporations’ various trade-risks including running risk and financial risk are augmented. So preventing financial risk is playing an imperative role in a corporation’s survival and development.
Yicheng network engineering company is a high-technology company which constructs informational, digital and network management system. At present, the IT industry in China is still in the initial stage. The companies’ corporate governances are not scientific and the organization structures are not satisfactory. The contradiction between objective problems and rapid development brought inconvenient financial risk to Yicheng network engineering company. The financial risks would become the shackle of the company’s junmping development without proper financial security strategy.
On the other hand, according to financial management and risk management theory, under the existing research background domestic and abroad, adopt the nature and ration combine together and demonstration analyze method, carry on research to financial risk warning, for having good to predict result of financial risk early warning model among the early warning system and structuring one valid early warning system of financial risk for Yicheng network engineering company. Then analyze through the real example that verifies the practicability and validity of the system and model, thereby preventing the financial risks.
