摘 要

財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是指企業(yè)因借入資金而帶來(lái)的無(wú)法償付債務(wù)所遭致?lián)p失的可能性，是財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)研究的重要課題之一。擴(kuò)張型企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是指企業(yè)在擴(kuò)張過(guò)程中由于舉債融資造成的每股收益或凈資產(chǎn)收益率的不確定性以及到期不能夠償債等原因造成財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)發(fā)生的可能性。
以xx為例，本文從企業(yè)擴(kuò)張理論入手，簡(jiǎn)要闡述了企業(yè)擴(kuò)張的內(nèi)涵及擴(kuò)張?jiān)?，通過(guò)對(duì)理論的分析,歸納總結(jié)出在企業(yè)擴(kuò)張這一階段存在的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特征及成因。最后對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)擴(kuò)張型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的類型進(jìn)行歸納的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了建立擴(kuò)張型財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警體系的措施，以及針對(duì)擴(kuò)張型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特征及成因，提出了強(qiáng)化財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)劃、建立權(quán)益資本為導(dǎo)向的資本結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)行債務(wù)重組、奉行保守的理財(cái)政策等財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的財(cái)務(wù)措施。

Abstract

Financial risk is the possibility that an enterprise cannot compensate debts preliminarily borrowed. Financial risk is a major part of financing studies. Financial Risk of Expansionary Enterprise (FREE) refers to the enterprise in the expansion process because offering loans causes the possibility of each income or the net assets returns ratio uncertainty as well as the due cannot pay off a debt the financial crisis occurs.
Take example for NEPSTAR DRUGSTORE. This study starts with the theory of enterprise expanding，defines the connotation of enterprise expanding，and explains the reasons why enterprise expand. Through the analysis of the theory，the article summarizes the characters and reasons of financial risk in expansionary enterprise. Then the article sums up the styles of the financial risk in China, and brings forward the measures to prevent the financial risk of expansionary Enterprise through constituting system of early warning. Besides, according to the characters and reasons of FREE, the article brings forward other methods such as strengthening finance plan,establishing the capital structure that rights and interests capital guide, debt reorganization,pursuing conservative financing policy and so on.
