摘 要
隨著全球化的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)必須打造自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并創(chuàng)造更高的附加價(jià)值,才能在市場(chǎng)上獲得一席之地。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足,意味著企業(yè)的生命力不足,必將導(dǎo)致企業(yè)被國(guó)際化的潮流所淹沒(méi)。國(guó)際化是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),無(wú)論是大型企業(yè),還是中小型企業(yè),都必須與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)接軌,走國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的路子,才能求得生存與發(fā)展,才能在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上贏得一席之地。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處在入世后的過(guò)渡階段,中小企業(yè)在地方上的壟斷經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)已基本喪失,新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)尚未形成。面對(duì)新形勢(shì),中國(guó)中小企業(yè)如何提高其在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已成為非常突出的問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合目前我國(guó)中小企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中的基本現(xiàn)狀,剖析我國(guó)中小企業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生的原因,結(jié)合實(shí)際和案例對(duì)如何提高我國(guó)中小企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力作出了建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn),并通過(guò)歐洲,日本等海外中小企業(yè)成功的案例啟示中國(guó)中小企業(yè),真正意義上促進(jìn)中國(guó)中小企業(yè)朝著做大做強(qiáng)的方向發(fā)展,提高其在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和影響力。同時(shí)也啟示我國(guó)政府在中小企業(yè)問(wèn)題上的重視程度,使其在未來(lái)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)圍繞中小企業(yè)重點(diǎn)展開(kāi)工作,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)中小企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的全面提升。
