摘 要

逆向工程是當(dāng)前用于產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和仿制加工的一種先進手段,是集測量技術(shù)、CAD技術(shù)、激光技術(shù)、材料技術(shù)和計算機控制技術(shù)等為一體的高新技術(shù),它針對現(xiàn)有的工件(樣品或模型),利用3D數(shù)字化測量儀器快速、準確的測得大量輪廓坐標點,并對這些坐標點進行去噪,匹配加以構(gòu)建,修改后輸入到CAD/CAM系統(tǒng),生成NC的刀具加工路徑,或輸入CNC進行生成所需的模具,或者生成某種格式的文件輸入到快速成形機將樣品模型制造出來。三維光學(xué)測量機就是這樣一種設(shè)備,它可以將在三維物理空間中的被測物體復(fù)制到三維數(shù)據(jù)空間當(dāng)中并進行重現(xiàn),我們稱之為建立三維模型。這種能力使三維掃描儀擁有非常巨大的應(yīng)用前景。由于逆向工程技術(shù)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和實用價值,因此,世界上主要工業(yè)國家紛紛投入巨資對此項技術(shù)進行研發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用,他們無不站在21世紀世界制造業(yè)全球競爭的戰(zhàn)略高度來對待這一技術(shù)。目前該項技術(shù)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于機械零部件的快速開發(fā)、汽車和飛機覆蓋件的快速檢測和反求、快速模具、醫(yī)療及康復(fù)工程、家用電器、工業(yè)設(shè)計、工藝品制作以及兒童玩具等領(lǐng)域,取得了巨大的經(jīng)濟效益。本次設(shè)計主要是完成光學(xué)三維測量機機械部分和控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,本文提出的結(jié)構(gòu)光三維測量系統(tǒng)是一種光柵式結(jié)構(gòu)光掃描雙目視覺測量技術(shù)。由于是面掃描,所以,在速度上有很大的優(yōu)勢,可以很好的實現(xiàn)被測自由曲面的快速、高精度的三維尺寸測量。通過對測量機的個部分部件的設(shè)計,最后完成光學(xué)三維測量機的設(shè)計工作。
