摘要：
本文首先闡述有關(guān)知識管理國內(nèi)外的基本概念、基礎(chǔ)理論以及眾多學(xué)者對知識管理、隱性知識的界定、在企業(yè)管理中的地位，以及對我國在未來的市場競爭取勝的作用等；然后在借鑒國外隱性知識管理研究基礎(chǔ)上對我國現(xiàn)在企業(yè)隱性知識管理中的應(yīng)用以及存在的問題進行分析歸類并總結(jié)出其現(xiàn)象背后的深層次原因，最后針對不同的原因提出自己的看法和解決措施。
