隨著我國改革開放的不斷深化，中國服裝業(yè)得到了飛速發(fā)展，中國已經成為世界上最大的服裝生產和出口國。但是在發(fā)展的過程中，中國服裝企業(yè)管理者往往只注重企業(yè)的生產管理和市場開拓，卻忽視了企業(yè)的庫存管理。歐麗亞制衣有限公司也同樣存在著這樣的情況。隨著企業(yè)越來越大，庫存管理問題變得越來越嚴重。高庫存意味著高風險，太多的過季產品儲存在企業(yè)的庫房中會為企業(yè)帶來很大的庫存壓力。庫存管理問題已成為制約企業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。論文從歐麗亞制衣有限公司庫存管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，從企業(yè)外部供應鏈、內部庫存管理、庫存服裝處理三個方面分析了該公司庫存管理存在的問題，并提出了解決這些問題、提高庫存管理水平的對策。

The research on stock management of Olya clothing limited corp


Abstract: With the deepening of our country’s reformation and open to outside, the clothing industry develops quickly. China has become the biggest manufacturer and exporter in the world. But in the course of development, our managers usually just pay attention to the production, management and market deploitation, but neglect of stock management. The bigger our corporations are, the worse the stock problems become. High stock means high risk, too many products which are out of season and out of demand stores in depot will bring great pressure to the corporation. Stock problem has become the bottleneck for clothing corporation to develop further. The paper takes the olya clothing corporation as an example , analyzes its existing stock management problems, and puts forward the proposals to improve the external supply-chain, internal stock management, and stock clothing processing.
