摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和物流業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，物流作為一種專業(yè)化的綜合物流運(yùn)作方式，正越來越受到推崇和青睞，其根本宗旨是提高物流效率、降低物流成本、提高客戶滿意度。而第三方物流流程主要是信息溝通的過程，信息流貫穿于整個(gè)物流流程，物流的效率依賴于信息溝通的效率。所以，信息化是物流企業(yè)的核心，只有實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息化，才能有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)物流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、系統(tǒng)化和柔性化，物流企業(yè)才能有效地提高物流效率，為客戶提供優(yōu)良的物流服務(wù)。

ABSTRACT：
As the fast speed of development in economic globalization and goods circulating industry, logistics is more and more popular and important as a professional operating way in general trade circulation. The aim of the logistics is to enhance the circulating efficiency, to decrease the circulating cost, and to increase the degree of satisfaction of the clients. However, the process of specialty logistics is the major process of information communication. The information currents run through the whole logistic procedure, so the efficiency of the logistics depends on the efficient communication of information. So, information specialization is the central part of the logistic enterprises, and only with the realization of information specialization, will people efficiently realize the logistics network, systematization, and flexibility. And with all these characteristics, logistic enterprises will increase the efficiency of goods circulation, to offer the satisfying services in goods circulation.
