歐盟反傾銷制度與我國(guó)的對(duì)策

摘要
我國(guó)是世界上最大的發(fā)展我國(guó)家，歐盟是世界上最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體。由于地理環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等種種原因，中歐經(jīng)濟(jì)之間存在很大的互補(bǔ)性。按理說(shuō)這種互補(bǔ)性肯定會(huì)使得雙方的貿(mào)易不存在什么障礙，雙方會(huì)采取種種行為來(lái)促進(jìn)雙方的貿(mào)易。但是很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間以來(lái)，實(shí)際的情況并非這樣，歐盟總是不斷使用反傾銷等貿(mào)易保護(hù)措施的給中歐貿(mào)易制造障礙。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的不斷增強(qiáng)，及國(guó)際貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的日益加強(qiáng)，我國(guó)企業(yè)將面對(duì)更多的反傾銷案件。本文在分析了歐盟反傾銷制度基礎(chǔ)上，提出了我國(guó)面對(duì)反傾銷時(shí)應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策。

Abstract
China is the largest developing country in the world, and the EU is the world's largest economic communities. As the geographical environment and the level of economic development reasons, Sino-U.S. economic complementarities exist in large scope. The EU certainly make such complementarity no obstacles to bilateral trade, and both sides will take various actions to promote bilateral trade. But for a long time, the actual situation is not the case, the EU has always been to use anti-dumping and other trade protection measures create obstacles to the Sino-EU trade. With the continued development of the Chinese economy, the increasing competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, and increasing international trade protectionism, China will face more anti-dumping cases. The article proposed the measures that should be taken by China to face anti-dumping on the basis of analysis of the EU anti-dumping regime.
