摘 要
本文主要介紹的是三面切書(shū)機(jī)工藝過(guò)程，主要工作部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。
用三把切刀切凈書(shū)芯、雜質(zhì)等的機(jī)器稱為三面切書(shū)機(jī)。三面切書(shū)機(jī)可作為單機(jī)使用，也可以作為裝訂聯(lián)動(dòng)線中的一個(gè)機(jī)組，其區(qū)別是單機(jī)裁切高度大，聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)裁切高度小。
具體設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括：蝸桿減速器，直齒輪傳動(dòng)，曲軸，壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)以及各種連接用零件。
蝸桿減速器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)交錯(cuò)軸間的傳動(dòng)，節(jié)約空間，并且可以利用其自鎖性作為安全裝置。
曲軸作為時(shí)序控制系統(tǒng)，集中控制各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)間的同步化。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, the three sides of the machine cutting process and the main components Design and Calculation.

Worm Reducer compact structure, to achieve staggered between the drive shaft, space-saving, and can use its self-locking of a safety device.
