隨著社會(huì)生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快,快餐市場(chǎng)取得了迅速的發(fā)展,但從整個(gè)快餐行業(yè)發(fā)展水平來(lái)看,西式快餐比中式快餐有著明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。西式快餐之所以能有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),是因?yàn)槲魇娇觳屯ㄟ^(guò)多年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)具備了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。中式快餐要想在快餐市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),或具有一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須培養(yǎng)自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文將用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理思想注入到中式快餐企業(yè)中,改進(jìn)中式快餐企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)模式,目的是使中式快餐企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化管理,擁有自己的快餐企業(yè)特色,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而建立起自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

The study on the core competence establishing of Chinese fast food enterprises

Abstract: With the accelerating social life tempo, fast food market has obtained rapid development. But in terms of the fast food industry development level, Western-style fast food has obvious advantages than Chinese fast food. The reason for Western-style fast food having a distinct advantage is that the Western-style fast food has had their core competitiveness after the years of development. In order to gain certain advantages, or have certain competitiveness in the fast food market, Chinese fast food must develop their own core competitiveness. This article will use the theory of modern enterprise management, combing our fast-food enterprises development status quo, and set forth solutions to improve our fast food traditional model, aiming to make our fast food enterprises achieve modern management, and form their own characteristics in fast-food enterprises, enhance their competitiveness, thus build up their core competitiveness.
