摘 要
本研究以8個糯玉米自交系為親本,按照雙列雜交GriffingⅣ配制了28個組合,進行了雄穗主軸長度和分枝數(shù)2個性狀與主要品質(zhì)性狀的遺傳相關(guān)性分析和配合力效應及相應的遺傳參數(shù)的研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)雄穗分枝數(shù)與支鏈淀粉呈顯著負相關(guān)(-0.44038*),支鏈淀粉與雄穗長度呈極顯著正相關(guān)(0.55459**)。(2)雄穗分枝數(shù)負向總配合力效應最高的是N7×N23,而雄穗長度總配合力效應最高的是N7×N28;(3)雄穗長度和分枝數(shù)的廣義遺傳力都較低分別為66.03%,60.25%;從狹義遺傳力是雄穗長度較高為57.87%,而雄穗分枝數(shù)較低為31.28%,這說明雄穗長度在早代進行選擇較好,而雄穗分枝數(shù)應在晚代選擇為好;(4)適度增長雄穗主軸長,減少雄穗分枝數(shù),有助于提高糯玉米支鏈淀粉的含量。

Study on the Combining Ability and Genetic Correlation
of Tassel Traits in Waxy corn
Abstract:Eight inbred lines of waxy corn according to the Griffing diallel method Ⅳwere designed experiment and 28 hybrid combination. The combining ability effect and genetic parameters of tassel length and tassel branch number were studied, and the genetic correlation between tassel traits and main qualitative Traits were also studied. The results shown as follow: (1)negative significant correlation was found between tassel branch number and amylopectin content(-0.44038*); there was very significant positive correlation between tassel length and amylopectin content(0.55459**). (2)The analysis of combining ability effect shown that N7×N23 had the highest negative value of TCA on tassel branch number, N7×N28 had the highest positive value of TCA on tassel length. (3)The generalized heritability was low both on tassel length and tassel branch number were 66.03%and 60.25%; The narrow heritability valueof tassel length was 57.87% higher than tassel branch number was 31.28%. It shown that the tassel length had better choose effect in low generation, and tassel branch number had better choose effect in late generation. (4)Moderately increase the tassel length, reduce the tassel branch number, could improve the amylopeatin content of waxy corn.
