摘 要
隨著我國公路橋梁事業(yè)的發(fā)展,新建高速公路及橋梁越來越多.同時(shí)既有的許多橋梁進(jìn)入了養(yǎng)護(hù)維修階段,有關(guān)專家認(rèn)為橋梁使用25年則進(jìn)入老化期,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國橋梁總數(shù)的40%已經(jīng)屬于此范疇,均屬老齡橋梁.而且隨著時(shí)間的推移,其數(shù)量還還在增長。近20年來,隨著橋梁檢測事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,新結(jié)構(gòu)、新材料、新工藝不斷涌現(xiàn);同時(shí)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的使用荷載日益增大,大批既有橋梁進(jìn)入老齡化期,為了確保橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的安全運(yùn)營,對橋梁檢測工作提出了更高的要求,橋梁檢測工作亦有此愈發(fā)顯得重要。另一方面,隨著自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及計(jì)算機(jī)的普及應(yīng)用,測試技術(shù)、分析手段也取得了長足進(jìn)展。
為了分析檢測臂的結(jié)構(gòu)性能,用ANSYS 對檢測臂進(jìn)行了有限元分析,通過分析檢測臂受力及位移變化情況來驗(yàn)證檢測臂結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。同時(shí)對檢測臂進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,測出了其固有頻率和結(jié)構(gòu)振型,為檢測車工作時(shí)的穩(wěn)定性要求提供了參考。

Abstract
With the development of highway bridges,more and more highways and bridges have been built recently. At the same time many of the existing bridges have came into the stage of maintaining and repairing. Experts believe that the bridges enter the aging period when they are used for more than 25 years. According to the statistics, aging bridges have accounted for 40% of the total bridges in our country. And over time, their number is also still growing. With the rapid development of the enterprise of the bridge inspection, new structure, new materials, new techniques are emerging constantly in the past 20 years.At the same time,the working load of the bridges is increasing, a large number of existing bridges are entering aging period. In order to ensure the safe operation of the bridges, the requirements of bridge inspection work is more strict. Bridge inspection work is also more and more important. On the other hand, with the development of automation technology and the popularization of computer applications, testing techniques, analytical tools have also made considerable progress.
In order to analyze the structural properties of detection arm, finite element analysis of the detection arm iscarried out by using ANSYS. By analyzing the force and displacement variation of detection arm, its structural securityis verified. Meanwhile, the modal analysis is used to test the detection arm's natural frequency and structural vibration modes, which provides a reference for the stability test of the bridge inspection vehicle.
