摘要
數(shù)控車床是目前使用最廣泛的數(shù)控機(jī)床之一。隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的擴(kuò)大,數(shù)控加工技術(shù)對國計民生的一些重要行業(yè)(IT、汽車、輕工、醫(yī)療等)的發(fā)展起著越來越重要的作用,因為效率、質(zhì)量是先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的主體。高速、高精加工技術(shù)可極大地提高效率,提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和檔次,縮短生產(chǎn)周期和提高市場競爭能力。數(shù)控車床主要用于加工軸類、盤類等回轉(zhuǎn)體零件。通過數(shù)控加工程序的運(yùn)行,可自動完成內(nèi)外圓柱面、圓錐面、成形表面、螺紋和端面等工序的切削加工,并能進(jìn)行車槽、鉆孔、擴(kuò)孔、鉸孔等工作,并且具有很高的精度。而對于數(shù)控加工,無論是手工編程還是自動編程,在編程前都要對所加工的零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,擬定加工方案,選擇合適的刀具,確定切削用量,對一些工藝問題(如對刀點、加工路線等)也需做一些處理。并在加工過程掌握控制精度的方法,才能加工出合格的產(chǎn)品。
本文根據(jù)數(shù)控機(jī)床的特點,針對具體的零件,進(jìn)行了工藝方案的分析,工裝方案的確定,刀具和切削用量的選擇,確定加工順序和加工路線,數(shù)控加工程序編制。通過整個工藝的過程的制定,充分體現(xiàn)了數(shù)控設(shè)備在保證加工精度,加工效率,簡化工序等方面的優(yōu)勢。
