摘要
“蟻族”隨著北大學(xué)者廉恩及其團隊的《蟻族，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生聚居村實錄》的出版，日益成為人們關(guān)注的焦點。“蟻族”成了大學(xué)畢業(yè)低收入聚居群體的代名詞，他們與螞蟻有許多的相似點：高智、弱小、群居。越來越多的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生選擇在大城市就業(yè)，在高昂的生活成本壓迫下，仍然堅持追尋自己的夢想。日益顯現(xiàn)的“蟻族”群體，成為繼農(nóng)民工之后的弱勢群體，引起社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注?！跋佔濉蓖瑫r是一種人力資本的浪費現(xiàn)象，對其研究具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。政府也正在積極出臺各項政策，對其進行社會救助。本文通過對上海部分“蟻族”的調(diào)查，查找現(xiàn)有文獻，分析其產(chǎn)生的原因及現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的方針政策，提出一些幫助“蟻族”走出困境的策略方法。

Abstract
The Peking University scholar Lian En with his team did a deep research on college graduates who inhabited by groups in the outskirt. They defined the low-income college graduates as “Ant tribe”. They have some characteristics in common with the real ants: high intelligence, small, gregarious. Nowadays, more and more graduates choose to live in the big cities, despite the risk and pressure. They insist on pursuing their dreams. In fact, the high living cost and some other factors, pushing them in an uncomfortable situation .The Ant tribe becomes another vulnerable group. However, the ant tribe causes the human resources wasting in some way. The public begin to pay attention on the Ant tribe. The government introduced a lot of policies doing the social aid. In this paper, based on a survey on the living situation about the ant tribe, aimed to explain the factors through graduates themselves, college career education and government.
