摘 要
　近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，房地產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展，尤其是最近國(guó)家新出臺(tái)的房改政策。鼓勵(lì)居民購(gòu)房，這對(duì)房產(chǎn)公司無(wú)疑是一個(gè)極好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。尤為重要的是，近幾年隨著信息技術(shù)和電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展，許多企業(yè)都開發(fā)了自己房產(chǎn)信息管理軟件。
本文闡述了房產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析，概要設(shè)計(jì)，其中重點(diǎn)論述了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)部分，及主要功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程，即房源、客戶信息管理，預(yù)定、銷售和統(tǒng)計(jì)管理等。
根據(jù)軟件工程理論中模塊化程序設(shè)計(jì)的原理，采用自頂向下，逐步細(xì)化的設(shè)計(jì)方法，結(jié)合房產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際情況，在Windows 2000的環(huán)境下，用Visual C++ 6.0面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，以Microsoft Access為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，開發(fā)了房產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)，解決了實(shí)際工作中手工抄寫資料檔案的數(shù)量龐大難題，能有效避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無(wú)法即時(shí)查詢某房產(chǎn)或客戶資料的煩瑣性，基本達(dá)到了現(xiàn)代房產(chǎn)銷售管理水平，具有一定的使用價(jià)值。

Abstract

Recent years are along with the development at a high speed of our country economy, and the house that the nation newly put into effect particularly recently changes the policy to the real estate industry also at the same time vigorous development. Encouraging resident to purchase the house, this pair of house property company is a fabulous development impetus beyond doubt. Blaming for important being, quick development along with information technology and e-commerce of nearer year, many enterprises have all developed oneself house property information management software.
The requirement analysis of house property information management system has been expounded in this text, article, etc., and the detailed design of the system part has among them stressly been discussed in the essentials designs, and the realization course of major function, with namelying house source and customer's information is managed, fixes in advance, sells and statistics management etc.
According to the principle of module programming in the software engineering theory, using downward from the top, the real circumstances that combines the house property information management system with Visual C++ 6.0 towards the object programming language, takes Microsoft Access as the data warehouse, and has developed the house property information management system, and has solved the huge difficult problem of quantity that the material archives was copied in handwork in the real work, and can effectively avoid long time can not inquire about loaded down with trivial details nature of certain house property or customer's material immediately, and has achieved the modern house property basically to sell the management standard, and possesses the use value certainly under the environment of Windows 2000 the design method carefully divided step by step.
