【摘要】
隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的普及和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，人們開(kāi)始越來(lái)越多地利用計(jì)算機(jī)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。同時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用迅速波及到了社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域、各個(gè)層次，學(xué)校,是培養(yǎng)跨世紀(jì)人才的重要基地,如何把信息技術(shù)和教育很好地結(jié)合起來(lái)，把信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)和先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)引入學(xué)校，是擺在每個(gè)教育工作者面前的重要問(wèn)題，同時(shí)也成為一個(gè)迫在眉睫的問(wèn)題。網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)是學(xué)校信息管理的重要組成部分，面對(duì)大量的指令信息，采用人力處理將浪費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間、人力和物力，且數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性低。因此，開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)界面友好，易于操作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化處理變得十分重要，這正是本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的目的和意義。

Abstract
With the popularization of computer and rapidly development of computer science technology, more and more people use computer deal with praticial issure. Meanwhile the development and use of Network technology has rapidly spread to all sides of the society.
School,is the important basement of cultivate people. How to combine IT with educaton ,
and introduce advanced computer software technology into school ,is an important issure to the teachers , work command system is a important part of college’s information management.
Faced to amounts of command information, adopt manpower to manage will waste a great deal of times, manpower ,material resources ,also the veracity of data is low.So ,develop a good
and easiy operate system is important to schools .This is the purpose and significance of develop the system.
