摘 要
現(xiàn)代造船模式與傳統(tǒng)造船模式在管理特征、設(shè)計(jì)方式和生產(chǎn)方式等方面有顯著差異，這就需要在質(zhì)量控制的方式上有所調(diào)整以適應(yīng)這種變化。雖然各船廠自開(kāi)展轉(zhuǎn)模工作以來(lái)，立足于已有方法的改進(jìn)，結(jié)合具體產(chǎn)品在局部積累了一些好的做法，但對(duì)建造全過(guò)程如何系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)展質(zhì)量控制尚處摸索階段。
針對(duì)質(zhì)量管理的新需求，本論文主要研究適用于現(xiàn)代造船模式的質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)，主要研究如何建立與現(xiàn)代造船模式相適應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制模型，保證各個(gè)階段中間產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量特征，從而保證船舶最終質(zhì)量。
在對(duì)現(xiàn)代造船流程研究基礎(chǔ)上，分析現(xiàn)代造船的質(zhì)量需求和傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理存在的問(wèn)題，尋找與現(xiàn)代造船相適應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管理方法；對(duì)現(xiàn)代造船模式下的質(zhì)量控制方法進(jìn)行歸納分析，探討如何將多種質(zhì)量控制方法形成質(zhì)量管理體系。探討現(xiàn)代造船模式下運(yùn)用QFD的總體思路；建立現(xiàn)代造船模式下船舶建造各階段質(zhì)量控制QFD模型。最后以機(jī)艙區(qū)域典型舾裝為例，建立QFD質(zhì)量控制模型和編制質(zhì)量控制表。
本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容是造船模式轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中船廠關(guān)注并需要解決的重要問(wèn)題之一，能為造船企業(yè)建造過(guò)程的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收向區(qū)域復(fù)合型檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收模式轉(zhuǎn)變提供技術(shù)參考，為尋找現(xiàn)代造船模式下的質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)提供一種較成熟的理論指導(dǎo)。

Abstract
Modern shipbuilding mode and traditional shipbuilding mode are significantly different in management features,design methods and ways of production.This needs changes in the quality control to adjust to the change. Since launching turn mode, the shipyard has accumulated some good practices with specific products in local based on the improvement of the existing methods,but how to build the whole process of the system for quality control is still in exploratory stage.
According to the new requirements of quality management , this thesis mainly research appling to quality control technology of modern shipbuilding mode, mainly research how to establish quality control model of middle product under modern shipbuilding mode , and ensure the quality of middle product of each stage features, so as to ensure the quality of ship finally.
Based on the study of modern shipbuilding process,this thesis analyses the modern shipbuilding quality requirements and the problem of traditional quality management, searches the quality management methods adapting to themodern shipbuilding mode; Quality control method Of modern shipbuilding mode summarized analysis, this paper discusses how to form the quality control method to quality management system. Discussing the overall thinking of using QFD under modern shipbuilding mode ; Establishing the quality control QFD model of each phase of ship construction under modern shipbuilding mode.At last sets up quality control model and draws out QFD quality control list of the cabin area typical outfitting for example.
The research content of this paper is an important problem of focused on by shipyard and to be solved on the shipbuilding mode transition,providing technical reference for shipbuilding enterprises’ transforming of the quality inspection of the building process to regional composite inspection model, providing a more mature theoretical guidance for looking for quality control points under modern shipbuilding mode.
