談歐洲債務(wù)危機(jī)對(duì)中國(guó)鋼鐵出口的影響[英文版]


摘要：本文針對(duì)歐元區(qū)債務(wù)危機(jī)對(duì)中國(guó)鋼鐵出口的影響這一重大問(wèn)題，分析了當(dāng)前鋼鐵出口的態(tài)勢(shì)，認(rèn)為這次危機(jī)中也潛藏著機(jī)遇，并分別從政府和企業(yè)角度提出了對(duì)策，要求國(guó)家抓住投資機(jī)遇，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外資的兼并，促進(jìn)與其他國(guó)家的信息交流，轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能等；要求鋼鐵出口企業(yè)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)力量，緊盯國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)，及時(shí)了解重大政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)形勢(shì)的新變化，強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平等。

     ABSTRACT
By discussing the problem of European debt crisis on Chinese steel export, the thesis has analyzed the status quo of the Chinese steel export. The thesis proposes that there is both opportunities and and challenges in Chinese steel export after the European debt crisis.And countermeasures are given from the perspective of government and enterprises.The government is supposed to do in four ways, they are: seizing the opportunity of the investment and mergers, enhancing information communication with other countries, improving relevant policies and changing government functions. Chinese steel export enterprises are urged to do in four ways, they are: optimizing the industrial structure and product quality, paying attention to the international economical situation, keeping up with the important state policies and industry trends and strengthening the risk awareness and management. And in the conclusion, more perspectives to study Chinese steel export and European  debt crisis are recommended for later explorers.
