改革開放以來(lái),房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)因其關(guān)聯(lián)度高、帶動(dòng)性強(qiáng),對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)大的特點(diǎn),成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本支撐點(diǎn),其中星羅棋布的中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)于改善居住條件、增加就業(yè)、促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、減弱經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)起到重要的作用。隨著中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)“大盤時(shí)代”的來(lái)臨以及國(guó)資木市場(chǎng)的逐步成熟,將導(dǎo)致房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)向規(guī)?;?、制度化、差別化、品牌化、戰(zhàn)略化方向發(fā)展。中小型房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存,如何發(fā)展壯大是直接關(guān)系著我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力提升的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。所以研究我國(guó)中小型房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

Abstract
Since reform and opening, the real estate business because of its association with high, driving strong, large contributions to the characteristics of the national economy has become China's socialist market economy, basic support and the spread of small and medium real estate companies in which to improve their living conditions,. As competition intensifies in China real estate, real estate development "tape Age" and the state-owned timber market gradually matures, will lead to large-scale real estate development enterprises, institutionalization, differentiation, branding and strategic direction . How small and medium real estate companies to survive in the fierce competition, how to grow and develop is directly related to the overall competitiveness of China's real estate industry to enhance the key issues. Therefore, small and medium real estate companies of China's development strategy has practical significance.
